upstate Lakehouse

Design and build a 3500 square foot contemporary lakehouse in upstate New York. 

Taking inspiration from Australia and Indonesia Studio JBD designed this peaceful retreat with an open floor plan to connect the interior with the natural environment and take advantage of the stunning lake views. The interior was layered with contemporary furnishings and custom designed pieces created by Studio JBD. The house was photographed for Architectural Digest, Belle Magazine Australia and Elle Décor.
